Why I build this program

I am Freddy - an ICF-certified coach and former HR and Learning & Development leader at a global organisation.   For over 20 years I worked with people who were sometimes caught in the hamster wheel. And nearly all of them had one thing in common: they weren't really sleeping.

For a long time, sleep was low on my priority list too. Until I experienced first-hand how fundamentally it shapes everything else - resilience, clarity, emotional stability.    Sleep shouldn't be the last thing you address. Sleep is the first lever.
